Service Cancellations

Preciouseastorea understands that circumstances may change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your photography content. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory solution. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on the work completed and materials used. Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Photography Content

Once photography content has been delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues with the delivered content. We may offer re-editing or additional photography at no extra cost if the delivered content does not meet agreed specifications.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a rescheduling fee of $50. Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times without additional fees.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Force Majeure

Preciouseastorea is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule sessions at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Quality Issues

If you believe there are quality issues with your photography content, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the content and, if quality issues are confirmed, we will provide re-editing or reshoot services at no additional cost. Quality issues include technical problems such as focus errors, exposure problems, or color correction errors.

Unsatisfactory Results

If you are not satisfied with the final results, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We will work with you to understand your concerns and make reasonable efforts to address them. This may include additional editing, reshoots (subject to availability), or other solutions mutually agreed upon.

Digital Products

Since our services primarily involve digital photography content, traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we stand behind our work and will work with you to ensure satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your digital content, please contact us to discuss options.

Print Products

For physical print products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective or damaged. Products must be returned in their original condition. We will replace defective prints at no charge or provide a full refund.

Deposit Policy

Deposits paid to secure bookings are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we may apply your deposit toward a future booking within 12 months. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about charges or need to dispute a payment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues. For credit card disputes, we recommend contacting us first, as we can often resolve issues more quickly than through the credit card company.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to find a fair solution. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Complaint Process

If you have a complaint about our services, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us directly via email or phone to discuss your concerns
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days
  3. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days
  4. We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution

Warranty

We warrant that our photography services will be performed with professional skill and care. We guarantee that all delivered images will be free from technical defects such as focus errors, exposure problems, or color correction errors. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Limitations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic choices or style
  • Change of mind after services have been completed
  • Unrealistic expectations not communicated before the session
  • Delays caused by client lateness or unpreparedness
